1. Mix the fava bean chunks, vegetables, oil and garlic and ginger paste in a greased GN 1/1-65 pan.
2. Bake in a convection oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Mix and season with teriyaki sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle on the spring onion, sliced chillis, sesame seeds, chopped coriander and place lime wedges on the edge of the serving dish.
