1. Mix the Oat Mince, oil, onion cubes and garlic paste with the bolognese sauce.
2. Place the eggplant slices, potato slices, bolognese sauce and bechamel sauce in a GN ½- 65 baking dish in alternating layers. Sprinkle on the grated cheese.
3. Bake in a convection oven at 150°C for around 45 minutes or until 75°C.
