Oat Mince moussaka

INGREDIENTS
0.45 kg Beanit® Oat mince
0.01 kg oil
0.1 kg diced onion
0.01 kg garlic paste
0.5 kg bolognese or tomato pasta sauce
0.5 kg eggplant, sliced
1 kg potato slices, cooked
BECHAMEL SAUCE
1 kg Oat drink or milk
0.02 kg Maizena corn starch
0.2 kg grated vegan mozzarella
0.01 kg salt
Valmistusohje

1. Mix the Oat Mince, oil, onion cubes and garlic paste with the bolognese sauce.

2. Place the eggplant slices, potato slices, bolognese sauce and bechamel sauce in a GN ½- 65 baking dish in alternating layers. Sprinkle on the grated cheese. 

3. Bake in a convection oven at 150°C for around 45 minutes or until 75°C.
