Oat Mince macaroni casserole

INGREDIENTS
0.45 kg Beanit® Oat mince
0.8 kg whole grain macaroni
0.02 kg oil
0.1 kg diced onion
0.01 kg crushed garlic
0.005 kg smoked paprika
0.7 kg vegetable stock
0.005 kg Herbes de Provence spice blend
0.005 kg crushed black pepper
0.01 kg salt
0.8 kg oat cream
0.2 kg grated vegan cheese

1. Measure all the ingredients into a GN ½-65 baking dish and mix well. 

2. Pour in the oat cream and sprinkle on the grated cheese. 

3. Bake in a convection oven at 150°C for around 45 minutes or until the food is 75°C.
