INGREDIENTS
0.05 kg Beanit® Oat mince
0.002 kg oil
1 pc baguette
0.01 kg red curry paste
0.05 kg vegan cream cheese, plain
0.02 kg carrot, julienned
0.02 kg radish, julienned
0.002 l Japanese rice vinegar
0.02 kg kale
0.01 kg fresh mint and coriander, chopped
0.005 kg Sriracha
0.005 kg roasted onion

1. Prepare the paste: mix the curry paste and cream cheese.

2.    Combine the carrot, radish and cucumber and season with rice vinegar and Sriracha. Let the flavours set a moment.

3.    Cut open the baguette and spread the cream cheese and curry paste on both surfaces. Place the kale in the baguette and fill it with the marinated vegetables.

4.    Quickly sauté the Oat Mince on a hot pan until it is crispy and spoon it into the baguette. Turn the baguette cut side up and sprinkle on the roasted onion.
