Fava bean veggie balls

INGREDIENTS
0.06 kg Beanit® Textured Fava Protein Mince TFP60M (or TOP45M)
0.4 kg shredded vegetables or mashed vegetables, cooked
0.2 kg cream
0.1 kg diced onion
0.005 kg garlic paste
0.005 kg herbes de Provence spice blend
0.005 kg salt
0.005 kg light syrup
0.002 kg crushed black pepper
0.06 kg potato flour
0.07 kg gluten-free breadcrumbs
Valmistusohje
1. Measure all of the ingredients into a bowl and use a mixer to achieve a smooth consistency. For veggie balls with more texture, use the mixer for a shorter time.
2. Allow to swell in the fridge for 20 min.
3. Form into balls and cook them on a pan or in the oven.
