Fava bean bolognese

INGREDIENTS
0.15 kg Beanit® Textured Fava Protein Mince TFP60M (or TOP45M)
0.3 kg chopped onion
0.5 kg tomato passata
2 pcs vegetable stock cube
1 l water
0.5 kg grated carrot
0.1 kg crushed garlic
0.003 kg dried oregano
0.003 kg ground black pepper
0 salt to taste

1. Measure all of the ingredients except the crushed garlic into a pot. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.

2. Simmer under a lid at low heat for 15 minutes. Add the crushed garlic. Simmer for a few minutes and adjust seasoning. If the sauce is too thick, add water and adjust seasoning again.
