- Boil the couscous and let it cool. Sauté the
fava bean mince and season with the harissa
paste, let cool.
- Grate the cauliflower and zucchini and
season.
- Mix the couscous and seasoned grated
vegetables. Pour the harissa-flavoured fava
bean mince over the couscous.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves and
lemon wedges.
